Business meetings are on Zoom.We are more than just a group. As women and mothers our members guide the destinies of their homes; we believe God is relying on mothers to keep Christ in the world by keeping Him in their hearts and homes. Under the special patronage of Mary, the Mother of Sorrows, Christian Mothers are encouraged joyously to undertake the important task of training and sanctifying the young souls entrusted to their care. They are instructed with ways to edify one another by word and deed, to support one another by fervent prayer and in this way become the mainstay of the spiritual life within their own family, and a fruitful source of blessing to the community in which they live.The Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers leads campaigns that promote real solutions to some of the biggest challenges faced by society. We challenge the notion that the way things are is the way things should always be and are proud to be a force for positive transformation.

October Holy Rosary
The Christian Mothers will lead all assembled in church in praying the Holy Rosary every Sunday in October at 10 am and they invite all parishioners and visitors to participate.

Dear Christian Mothers,
September 15 is the feast day of Our Lady of Sorrows, the patroness of the Confraternity of Christian Mothers. We honor her every day with our actions and prayers, as she assists us in our vocation as Christian Mothers. We invite you to pray the following prayer and renew your consecration to our Blessed Mother.
The Consecration of a Christian Mother to the Mother of Sorrows (to be renewed each year, especially, on the principal feast of the Confraternity)
Most holy Virgin, conceived without sin, Mother of Sorrows, to show my love and S veneration towards you, I consecrate and devote myself to you as your perpetual servant.
I resolve henceforth to be your true child, and to fulfill towards you all the duties of a child: reverence, love, and obedience. Take me therefore, O my Mother, under your motherly shelter and care. By your intercession and merits aid and protect me in all my necessities and make me always know and accomplish with all my heart what is pleasing to you, and what you wish me to do. Especially teach me how to educate my children according to your mind. Let them, and all the children of the other members of our Confraternity be recommended to your Sorrowful Heart. Be henceforth to them a loving Mother, full of grace and tenderness. Have pity, too, on all my family, help us in every need, save us from every evil of body and soul, and obtain for all of us a happy death. Amen.
